Responsibilities
- Generate business by working an assigned territory selling natural gas, electricity, and utility line protection.
- Use a consultative selling approach to increase customer's awareness of choice and competitive advantage over other energy providers.
- Provide potential customers with pricing and effectively close the sale.
- Assure quality and accurate representation of products; represent the company professionally and ensure that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
- Keep detailed records of sales activity via CRM technology on an iPad.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- A good driving record.
- A reliable personal vehicle.
- Auto insurance coverage that satisfies the minimum requirement for the state.

Pay
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included. Commission: This role is also eligible for an uncapped sales commission. During your first year, you may be eligible for a minimum commission of $20,000 to $30,000, depending upon geography. Total Earnings Opportunity: $50,000 to $100,000 annually.
Schedule
8 hour shift Monday to Friday. Work hours vary by season. While Saturdays may be required if sales goals aren't met during the week, we prioritize a balanced work-life schedule.
