About the role

Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stroke Recovery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for helping patients recover from stroke.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized recovery plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in stroke recovery techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.
• Current license to practice in your state.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
