About the role
Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stroke Recovery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for helping patients recover from stroke.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized recovery plans based on patient needs and medical guidelines.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Keep abreast of the latest research and advancements in stroke recovery techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.
- Current license to practice in your state.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of stroke recovery techniques.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
