About the role

AUI Fine Foods is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts and enhancing customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sales teams in achieving their targets by providing expert advice and assistance.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with R&D chefs to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.
• Assisting in the training of new employees on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
