About the role
At Two’s Company, we bring beauty, style, and inspiration to life through our industry-leading collections of home décor, fashion accessories, and gifts. We are seeking an exceptional, relationship-driven Territory Manager to join our Sales Team in Maryland, Southern Delaware, and DC.
Responsibilities
- Travel to independent specialty retailers daily to show and sell our products.
- Build and grow relationships with independent retailers such as gift shops and fashion boutiques.
- Manage and expand an existing customer base.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Present Two’s Company’s latest lines through in-person visits and virtual meetings.
- Collaborate with store owners and buyers on creative merchandising and marketing strategies.
- Deliver an exceptional, customer-centric experience that turns every meeting into a memorable one.
- Stay ahead of market trends in home décor, gift, and fashion industries.
- Use technology to manage, analyze, and organize your business.
Requirements
- Proven success as a Territory Manager or Sales Representative in the Gift, Home, or Apparel industry.
- A self-starter attitude with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, both in-person and virtually.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel, video conferencing, and CRM systems.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- The ability to carry product samples, climb stairs to non-ground-floor accounts, and spend extended time on the road.
- Excited to attend at least two major trade shows each year (Dallas or Atlanta).
- A polished, energetic, and professional presence that makes every client interaction memorable.
