Territory Manager, Dermatology & Immunology - Eugene, OR
About the Role
The Territory Manager, Dermatology & Immunology is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted HCP offices and institutions specializing in dermatology and immunology therapeutic areas. This role involves developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales goals, coordinating with the HQ Commercial team and field-based support teams, and driving product acceptance within the designated geography.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with the HQ Commercial team and field-based support teams to drive product acceptance.
- Leverage CRM, sales data, and reports to inform strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure timely call reporting and expense reporting.
- Manage promotional budgets within the assigned territory.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Interact professionally at multiple levels inside and outside the company, demonstrating tact and diplomacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical and/or medical sales experience or equivalent (required).
- Strong communication skills and business acumen (required).
- Ability to collaborate, adapt, and deliver results (required).
- Analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing technology (required).
- Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight travel (required).
- Valid driver’s license in good standing (required).
- Dermatology & Immunology sales experience (preferred).
- Experience promoting biologics and/or advanced systemic therapies (preferred).
- Experience selling in a complex Market Access environment (preferred).
- Product launch experience (preferred).
- Experience selling in a highly competitive environment (preferred).

Pay
Base compensation pay range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on factors such as geographical location and experience. This position is also part of an Incentive Commission (IC) Plan and the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
