About the Role

The Territory Manager, Dermatology & Immunology is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted HCP offices and institutions specializing in dermatology and immunology therapeutic areas. This role involves developing and implementing business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives, coordinating with the HQ Commercial team and field-based support teams to drive product acceptance within the designated geography.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Coordinate with the HQ Commercial team and field-based support teams to promote products effectively.
  • Leverage CRM, sales data, and reports to drive business decisions.
  • Ensure timely call reporting and expense reporting.
  • Manage promotional budgets within the territory.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Interact professionally at multiple levels inside and outside the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical and/or medical sales experience or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate, adapt, and deliver results.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing technology.
  • Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight travel (majority of time will be spent in market).
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dermatology & Immunology sales experience.
  • Biologics and/or JAK inhibitors selling experience.
  • Experience selling in a complex Market Access environment.
  • Experience promoting high-science products.
  • Product launch experience.
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment.

They should be highly motivated, professional, capable of building trust with their matrix team, and compliant in all activities. Proficiency in selling and presenting scientific subject matter clearly and understandably is essential.

Pay

Presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on factors such as geographical location and experience. This position is also part of an IC Commission Plan and the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
