About the role

The Dermatology & Immunology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Sun’s branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing business opportunities in targeted HCP offices and institutions that specialize in our therapeutic areas. The Territory Manager will demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives, coordinating with the HQ Commercial team and field-based support teams to drive acceptance of promoted products within the designated geography.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with HQ Commercial team and field-based support teams to drive product acceptance.
  • Understand and leverage CRM, sales data, and reports.
  • Ensure timely call reporting and expense reporting.
  • Manage promotional budgets within the territory.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Interact professionally at multiple levels inside and outside the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical and/or medical sales experience or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate, adapt, and deliver results.
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing technology.
  • Ability to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight travel (majority of time will be spent in market).
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dermatology & Immunology sales experience.
  • Biologics and/or JAK inhibitors selling experience.
  • Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment.
  • Experience promoting high-science products.
  • Product launch experience.
  • Experience selling in a highly competitive environment.

Pay

The anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on factors including geographical location and experience. This position is also part of an IC Commission Plan and the Annual Performance Bonus Plan.
