Territory Business Manager - Psychiatry

About the role

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) – Psychiatry promotes and sells pharmaceutical products within a designated Southwest Ohio territory. This role requires comprehensive product knowledge, disease state understanding, and effective selling skills to engage healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory.
• Manage and prioritize healthcare provider targets to drive product adoption.
• Utilize resources such as samples and promotional programs to support sales efforts.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
• Demonstrate strong territory management, communication, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in specialty or biotech sectors.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to secure necessary credentialing.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Background in specialty sales.

Pay

Compensation includes a base salary, performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
