Responsibilities
- Territory management of a geographical area, including full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth through contract negotiation and customer retention.
- Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests; familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- New business development and client acquisition/account development by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
- Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 percent satisfaction with service and support.
- Keep customers informed about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can improve their business with comprehensive jobsite solutions.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
- Manage and support jobsite activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement.
- Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
Requirements
- Superior outside sales experience with a proven sales track record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with B2B sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.

Pay
$70,000–$400,000/year total compensation ($24,000 base salary + uncapped commission with no market restrictions).
