Key Responsibilities
- Possess a high volume pipeline of small business opportunities through aggressive prospecting
- Drive a fast, efficient sales cycle from first touch to signed contract
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Build trust quickly with owners, operators, and decision-makers at small businesses
- Develop and sustain Broker and Partner referral relationships to fuel inbound pipeline
- Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to maximize deal velocity
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Represent Netchex at industry events, community gatherings, and customer meetings
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Experience selling to small businesses or in high-velocity, transactional sales environments
- A hunter mentality; you don’t wait for leads, you go find them
- Payroll, HCM, or HR tech experience is a strong plus — but not required
- Strong ability to build rapport fast and move deals forward without losing the human touch
- Comfort managing a high volume of opportunities simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HighSpot)
