Tenure-Track Faculty Positions

About the role

The Department of Technology Management and Innovation and the Center for Urban Science and Progress, both in Tandon School of Engineering, invite applications for two tenure track positions at the level of Assistant Professor with joint appointment between the two units, with an earliest start date of September 1, 2023.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative curriculum and educational programs in technology management and innovation.
• Engage in high-quality research that advances the field of effective technology and innovation management and entrepreneurship.
• Collaborate with industry partners to foster innovation and entrepreneurship within the academic community.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in technology management and innovation education and research.

Requirements

• A PhD in a relevant field such as Technology Management, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven record of research excellence, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at conferences.
• Experience in teaching at the university level, including developing and delivering innovative courses.
• Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
