About the role
The Tenant Relocation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the relocation of tenants during property renovations or moves.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating with tenants to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes.
- Handle tenant inquiries regarding relocation logistics and provide support as needed.
- Ensure all relocation activities are completed within agreed timelines and to high standards.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams such as maintenance, management, and legal departments.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to two years of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role.
