About the role

The Tenant Relocation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the relocation of tenants during property renovations or moves.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating with tenants to facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes.
  • Handle tenant inquiries regarding relocation logistics and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure all relocation activities are completed within agreed timelines and to high standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams such as maintenance, management, and legal departments.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to two years of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative role.
