About the role
The Tenant Relocation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the relocation of tenants during property renovations or moves.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating with tenants to schedule and execute move-in and move-out dates.
- Handle all necessary paperwork related to tenant move-ins and move-outs, including lease agreements and utility transfers.
- Communicate with landlords, property managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
- Provide support during emergency situations such as natural disasters or sudden changes in property status.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or relocation services is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
