About the role

The Tenant Relocation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the relocation of tenants during property renovations or moves.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with tenants to schedule and facilitate move-in and move-out processes.
  • Handle tenant inquiries regarding relocation logistics and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams such as maintenance, leasing, and construction departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate or relocation services.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with tenant agreements and lease terms.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule
