About the role
The Tenant Relocation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the relocation of tenants during property renovations or moves.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with tenants to schedule and facilitate move-in and move-out processes.
- Handle tenant inquiries regarding relocation logistics and provide support as needed.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams such as maintenance, leasing, and construction departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate or relocation services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with tenant agreements and lease terms.
- Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
