About the role
The Tenant Relocation Specialist is responsible for facilitating the relocation process for tenants in residential properties. This includes coordinating with landlords, managing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for both parties.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with landlords to facilitate tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Manage paperwork related to tenant moves including lease agreements, move-in/move-out inspections, and necessary documentation
- Communicate with tenants to ensure they understand their rights and responsibilities during the relocation process
- Handle inquiries from tenants regarding their move-in/move-out processes
- Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in property management or relocation services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
