Location: In person, College Station, TX
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
What Your Day Looks Like
- Manage incoming leasing leads across multiple platforms
- Schedule and coordinate property showings
- Maintain accurate records and communication within the CRM
- Respond promptly and professionally to calls, messages, and online inquiries
- Support new tenants from application through move in
- Keep property listings accurate, current, and appealing
- Provide friendly, solution focused support to tenants and teammates
Are You the Right Fit?
- A high school diploma or GED (degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, or customer service
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
