About the Role

This is a temporary position and the assignment will not exceed 90 days. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be more than a caregiver—you'll be a mentor, advocate, and companion. No two days are the same!

Responsibilities

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication reminders
• Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth
• Assisting with community engagement—think outings, events, jobs, and social activities!
• Helping plan and participate in fun, meaningful experiences
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
• Documenting services and following individualized service plans

Where You'll Work

Residential Home: Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (required)
• Experience in human services, caregiving, or working with individuals with disabilities (preferred but not required—we will train you!)
