What You'll Do

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication reminders
• Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth
• Aiding in community engagement, including outings, events, jobs, and social activities
• Helping plan and participate in fun, meaningful experiences
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
• Documenting services and following individualized service plans

Where You'll Work

Residential Home: Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routines

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, reliable, and energetic individuals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (required)
• Experience in human services, caregiving, or working with individuals with disabilities (but not required—we will train you!)
