Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership through delegation, accountability, and mentorship
• Develop and update individualized patient care plans
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education
• Deliver exceptional patient and family experiences
• Adhere to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and compliance standards
• Support a collaborative healthcare environment

Requirements

• Valid California RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• At least one year of recent emergency department experience

Schedule

• Temporary, full-time position
• Rotating night shifts
