Sales Support & Customer Service
- Assist wholesale clients with inquiries and provide product information.
- Prepare sales support tools and presentations for market and in-season needs.
- Aid in maintaining and updating customer database and sales records.
Order Management & Operations
- Process and track wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to fulfill orders.
- Manage order entry, PO tracking, and order book adjustments (closing/extending/moving orders).
- Maintain delivery status reports and communicate updates to sales teams.
Systems & Reporting
- Maintain key systems: NuOrder and Salesforce setup and updates.
- Generate and distribute reports: open orders, ETA reports, and weekly status updates.
- Responsible for account setup and maintenance, RA/Credit processing, and sample order coordination.
- Support Wholesale Operations with Adhoc tasks
Profil
- Previous wholesale experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills required – Excel, Word QRS, Outlook, and Access Orli experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills needed.
- Individual must be a team player, outgoing, well organized, and able to prioritize assigned tasks.
- Passionate about product and selling.
- Must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 15 pounds.
- College Degree required.
