Teller Senior

Role Overview: This position involves providing accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment, serving as the first point of contact and recommending bank products or referring clients to other departments. The role focuses on developing long-term client relationships to maximize revenue, maintaining high service standards, and handling daily financial transactions. Key Responsibilities Ensure operational efficiency by managing cash drawers, processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.Assist with ATM balancing, deposit verification, vault control, and compliance with security policies.Deliver excellent client experiences by resolving issues promptly and assisting with service needs.Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients appropriately.Adhere to bank regulations, policies, risk management, and internal controls. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 4+ years of customer service, cash handling, sales, or teller experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, coin counter, and familiarity with office equipment.Strong communication, customer service, and risk awareness skills. Additional Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with a focus on compliance and operational procedures. No supervisory responsibilities are assigned.
