About the role
We are looking for an upbeat friendly person to add to our Chesterfield Branch team!
Responsibilities
- Process deposits and withdrawals with cash, checks, and other negotiable instruments
- Answer account inquiry questions through the core operating system
- Ensure internal policies and procedures are met regarding transactions and the collection of negotiable instruments, the correct handling of cash and coin, and rules and regulations required by state and federal law
- Help build positive member relationships by educating members about the products and services that will benefit their financial well-being
