About the role

We are looking for an upbeat and friendly person to join our Harper Woods Branch team.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and withdrawals with cash, checks, and other negotiable instruments.
• Answer account inquiry questions through our core operating system.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding transactions and the collection of negotiable instruments, the correct handling of cash and coin, and rules and regulations required by state and federal law.
• Build positive member relationships by educating members about products and services that can benefit their financial well-being.

• Basic computer literacy.
