A Day in the life of a Credit Union Teller
- Process deposits and withdrawals with cash, checks, and other negotiable instruments.
- Answer account inquiry questions through the core operating system.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding transactions and the collection of negotiable instruments.
- Handle cash and coin correctly and adhere to rules and regulations required by state and federal law.
- Build positive member relationships by educating members about products and services that enhance their financial well-being.
