Teller

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and member-focused Teller to serve as the frontline representative of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with day-to-day financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
• Deliver exceptional member service and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
• Build relationships with members
• Provide information on credit union products and services
• Support their financial needs by identifying solutions that help them achieve their goals

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of customer services experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Available to work on Saturdays
