About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, processing deposits, withdrawals, and other banking activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Process cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking activities accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance of cash drawers and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems.

Pay
$15.00 per hour.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
