Teller
About the role

Responsibilities
- Aid members with essential financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Consult with members to understand their needs and provide solutions that support their best financial interest.
- Help resolve basic account inquiries and support daily branch balancing activities.
- Create positive member experiences and build genuine connections every day.
Requirements
- At least six months of relevant customer service or retail experience required with prior cash handling experience and general computer/keyboarding skills highly preferred.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred. Candidates who demonstrate proficiency in Spanish are eligible for a language pay differential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve challenges using available resources and maintain composure and professionalism in demanding situations.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML/OFAC requirements.

Pay
$20/hr + bonus and incentives.
Schedule
Must be available for work Mon-Fri between the hours of 8 am and 6:15 pm.
