About the role

First Keystone Community Bank is seeking a retail or sales-minded individual with an emphasis on quality customer service and attention to detail.

This person will provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to all customers, identifying customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and referring them to other team members for assistance.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate team members
• Ensure smooth operation of the bank’s teller line
• Participate in a rotating Saturday morning schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Previous experience with cash handling or customer service is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay

Competitive pay rates are offered based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

The position is full-time with approximately 38 hours per week, including a rotating Saturday morning schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
