About the role
First Keystone Community Bank is seeking a retail or sales-minded individual with an emphasis on quality customer service and attention to detail.
This person will provide a pleasant and efficient banking experience to all customers, identifying customer needs beyond normal teller transactions and referring them to other team members for assistance.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate team members
- Ensure smooth operation of the bank’s teller line
- Participate in a rotating Saturday morning schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Requirements
- Previous experience with cash handling or customer service is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Schedule
