The Role...

• You serve as an advocate and financial expert dedicated to helping members achieve their financial goals.
• You engage in meaningful conversations with members to better understand their financial needs.
• You manage teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and payments.
• You understand Arkansas Federal products and services to enhance the member experience.
• You refer members and non-members to Financial Service Representatives and Senior Financial Service Representatives.

• You are friendly, conversational and trustworthy
• You are technologically proficient
• You are passionate and sincerely concerned for others
• You are knowledgeable of financial industry models and products with a minimum of 7 months of related customer service experience
• You are educated with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
