Responsibilities

• Determine individualized treatment plans for patients
• Conduct motivational interviewing and behavioral interventions
• Track treatment response and monitor patients for clinical symptoms
• Provide education to patients about opioid use disorder (OUD) and medication-assisted treatment (MOUD)
• Document patient encounters in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active DEA license or willingness to obtain after job offer
• Fully licensed to practice in New York; additional state licenses a plus
• Experience with opioid use disorder (OUD) preferred but not required
• Proficient with telehealth technology and multiple tech platforms
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral intervention

Pay

$110,000 – $125,000 annually
