Telehealth Facilitator

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a hard-working, self-driven individual to join our behavioral team as a Telehealth Facilitator in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. Applicants must be able and willing to travel to facilities in the Kalispell area on scheduled days, with possible travel to Eureka and Libby. Compensation for fuel will be provided.

About the role

Full-time or part-time work available. The exact number of hours depends on the range you are willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the healthcare provider and the patient during Telehealth visits.
• Ensure telehealth equipment is working properly, troubleshoot technical issues, and connect patients with technical support as needed.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling between healthcare providers and clients in SNFs.
• Provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals regarding Telehealth services.
• Ensure timely connection to telehealth appointments.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, facility staff, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Comfortable using technology – iPads, tablets, smartphones, computers, and mobile applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of behavioral health terminology.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.
• BLS certification.
• TB Test.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate.

Pay

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour.
