Lead assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and ensure high clinical quality in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
- Deliver parent training
- Maintain 30 billable hours weekly
- Collaborate within a team to promote clinical consistency
- Contribute to training, quality assurance, and curriculum development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience with autism and developmental needs
- Technological proficiency (iPad, data collection, scheduling)
- Background check clearance
Spanish speaking is a plus.
