About the role
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Telehealth ABA services in North Carolina. The ideal candidate must reside in North Carolina and live at least 50 miles away from any of our center locations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Telehealth ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train other BCBA staff members
- Document progress and maintain client records
- Participate in regular supervision meetings with supervisors
- Travel at least 25% monthly to provide in-person supervision
Requirements
- Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines
- Obtaining both Texas and Oklahoma LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided
- Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable
- Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA
- Experience working with center-based, early intervention children preferred

$82,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience
