At Life Skill Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, our Telehealth BCBAs lead center-based ABA therapy services virtually for children ages 12 and under. At Life Skill Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, our Telehealth BCBAs lead center-based ABA therapy services virtually for children ages 12 and under. Whether you’re balancing location needs, family priorities, or a new phase of life, Centria’s virtual model gives you the support and tools to stay connected, effective, and fulfilled in your role.

Responsibilities

• Periodic travel to the market (travel expenses paid by Centria)
• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
• Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

Requirements

Criteria for the Telehealth BCBA role includes periodic travel to the market (travel expenses paid by Centria!).

Qualifications

• BCBA certification
• Experience in ABA therapy
• Ability to work remotely
• Strong communication and supervision skills

Pay

Base salary range 80-90K (based on experience). Monthly and weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month!
