- Compensation & Incentives: Base Compensation: $79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience. Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time. Reimbursement provided for travel costs such as flight, hotel, meals, etc. Earn up to $18,000 annually for bonuses, paid quarterly.

Qualifications
- This role requires candidates to reside outside of the Greater Houston area.
- Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision.
- Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines.
- Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided.
- Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
- Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
- PREFERRED: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.
- PREFERRED: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children.
