About the role

We're Hiring for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Houston Region Hybrid Telehealth ABA services. Join our team at Behavioral Innovations and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

  • Compensation & Incentives: Base Compensation: $79,000 - $92,500 annually based on experience. Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time. Qualifications

  • This role requires candidates to reside outside of the Greater Houston area.
  • Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision.
  • Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree: Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines.
  • Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided.
  • Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
  • Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
  • PREFERRED: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.
  • PREFERRED: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children.
