Behavioral Innovations is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote telehealth ABA services. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children and families while working with a team led by seasoned BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telehealth ABA services to children and families.
• Travel approximately 25% of time (one week per month) for in‑person supervision.

Qualifications

• Reside outside of the Greater Houston area.
• Must travel at least 25% monthly (one week per month) for in‑person supervision.
• Master or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification per BACB guidelines.
• Obtain both TX and OK LBA state licensure (reimbursement provided).
• Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
• Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
• Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.
• Preferred: Experience working with center‑based, early intervention children.

Pay

• Base compensation: $79,000 – $92,500 annually, based on experience.
• Hybrid telehealth role allowing up to 75% remote work.
• Reimbursement provided for travel costs (flight, hotel, meals, etc.).
• Earn up to $18,000 annually in bonuses, paid quarterly.
