About the role
Provides comprehensive support to clients in Northeast Family Services. Works closely with various departments to ensure client needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Assists clients with accessing necessary resources and services
- Facilitates communication between clients and service providers
- Maintains accurate records of client interactions and progress
- Participates in team meetings to discuss case updates and plan next steps
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or counseling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Passing background check
