Job Function

Affords opportunities to assist in the construction, installation, and maintenance of communications towers and support structures along with related telecommunications equipment. Work involves irregular hours, frequent travel, and working at great heights in various weather conditions.

Skills

• Working knowledge of basic hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Self-motivated and able to learn quickly.
• Ability to lift over 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 0 to 1 years of industry experience.
• Good communication skills, reading and writing skills (English).
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License (a must) and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Clean Criminal Background (required).
• Must be able to accommodate out of town travel, if required.
