Position Expectations
- Walk-Up Support: Provide primary troubleshooting and resolution for hardware and software issues at the campus support desk.
- System Documentation: Maintain and create clear, concise documentation for internal processes, "how-to" guides for end-users, and current "as-is" records of the school’s technology environment.
- Account & Infrastructure Support: Assist in administering accounts and performing routine maintenance to ensure a secure infrastructure.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with all departments—including Academics, Athletics, Enrollment, Finance, and Communications—to ensure technology needs are met with diplomacy and professionalism.
Physical Conditions
- Classroom environment
- Mobility around school buildings and on different floors (handicap accessible)
- Repetitive motion (use of a keyboard)
- Periodic need to move light furniture, hang visuals in classroom, carry objects (no more than 40 pounds), etc.
- A non-smoking environment
