Technology Support Specialist

Customer service is the top priority of this position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, takes ownership of problems, and can adapt to the needs of different employees and work environments. As a Technology Support Specialist, you will provide hands-on technology support while working closely with the IT Support Team and broader IT Teams. You will also help employees adopt and effectively use company technology, including new tools and improvements. Extensive IT experience is not required. A genuine interest in technology, willingness to learn, and commitment to helping others are more important.
