About the role
As a Technology Services Senior Designer in our Chicago office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.
Responsibilities
- Convert system design concepts into specific layouts by interpreting information set forth in basis of design as well as information gathered from users, other consultants, field surveys and code research.
- Lead the ICT design for projects in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Scientific environments.
- Use Revit MEP and AutoCAD capabilities to design ICT systems and infrastructure.
- Manage budgets, capabilities, and options related to ICT systems and infrastructure.
- Understand building systems spatial requirements and design coordination.
- Apply RCDD certification and strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and team members.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience designing Information Communications Technology (ICT) systems in a Built Environment, Building Technology, or Electrical consultant firm.
- Experience in leading the ICT design for projects in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Scientific environments.
- Understanding of Revit MEP and AutoCAD capabilities.
- Experience with ICT systems and infrastructure, including budgets, capabilities, and options.
Qualifications
- RCDD certification.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively both independently and within team environments.

Pay
- Estimated Starting Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000.
