Technology Manager (III)
About the role
Spearhead the “agentification” of workflows by applying knowledge of systems design to automate manual processes and translate operational bottlenecks into scalable solutions. Utilize agentic solutions to monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize feature offerings to drive operational efficiency.
As a Technology Manager, you drive products from pilot phase to final delivery, and drive the technical execution (e.g., contributing to design and conceptualization of a product to driving early piloting and wide‑scale deployment) and business operation of one or multiple products. You use your knowledge of web technologies, systems design, and data skills to achieve key outcomes for a product (e.g., improve product feature offerings, design product or feature launch programs, resolve technical challenges, ensure integrations work), and help drive implementation review for product feature offerings. You translate operational issues into technology solutions (e.g., automating manual processes to minimize human error) to ensure product or business‑vertical operational efficiency. You drive results in improving existing operations, commercializing new solutions, and taking new initiatives from conception to successful deployment in conjunction with Product Management, Engineering, Global Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met.
- Drive program‑level execution activities including anticipating bottlenecks, resolving issues, and escalating appropriately, prioritizing projects and resources, balancing business needs versus technical constraints, and delivering successful product or tool deployments and efficient long‑term business operations.
- Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying an internal tool or product, including ongoing communications, stakeholder management, and project management.
- Ensure product readiness, identify product gaps, and influence product roadmaps for the best possible customer/partner experience.
- Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to develop products and tools.
- Manage and balance escalations, requirements, and feedback from stakeholders, advocating for them in discussions with internal teams.
- Explore alternatives and constraints for customer/partner problems and use analytics and metrics to design, pitch, or assess impact for potential product or tool solutions.
- Apply systems design principles and understand the impact of design on user experience.
- Share insights and potential solutions with internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Business Solutions, Marketing).
- Conduct data analysis through success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of product improvement solutions.
- Assess and identify gaps and issues in current products based on user feedback or metrics analysis.
- Communicate product gaps and issues to internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Business Development, Engineering).
- Contribute technical solutions by developing, validating, and documenting new features or solutions.
