Technology Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Guide and lead a team of Information Technology professionals that are responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications systems.
• Constantly communicate with various Information Technology teams and business unit management to keep everyone up to date on the status of all activities thus ensuring that the business specifications are met and delivered on time.
• Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the team as they lead multiple projects and provide service to internal business customers on a timely manner.
• Provide technical, strategic and tactical consultation to internal business customers.
• Evaluate new systems, processes and technology to determine how they may fit into the long-term strategy or improve upon the availability of existing solutions.

Job Requirements

• Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent).
• Minimum experience required: 8 years of IT experience preferably in the Mortgage or Banking Industries.
• A combination of strong system development, technical analytical experience and hands-on leadership experience preferred.
