What You'll Do
- Lead the technology workstream during account mobilization and ongoing operations
- Oversee implementation, stabilization, and optimization of enterprise technology platforms
- Drive adoption and continuous improvement of: ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM), Zan Compute, Power BIBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing technical team
- Serve as the primary technology advisor for client leadership
- Deliver actionable business intelligence and executive reporting through Power BISupport field operations with innovative digital workflows and automation
- Align technology initiatives with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and operational objectives
- Establish governance, documentation, support models, and best practices
- Identify technology risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the account
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading technology teams within service delivery or facilities management environments
- Hands-on, player-coach leadership style
- Multi-site operational technology experience
- Enterprise system implementation and mobilization experience
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience building, mentoring, and developing technical teams
- Understanding of operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Experience with ServiceNow (WSD, EAM and/or FSM)
- Knowledge of Zan Compute technology preferred
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting in Power BI preferred
- CMMs or Enterprise Asset Management experience
- Facilities Management, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), or contract services experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- ServiceNow and/or Power BI certifications preferred
Qualifications

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $114,000.00 per year - $139,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the abovementioned range.
