About The Role As a CBRE D&T Product Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for directing the work of multiple consultants and translating complex customer needs to the Agile team. This job is part of the Product Management job function. They are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of products and product extensions during all life cycle stages. What You’ll Do Work closely with other senior designers, engineers, and business professionals to create strategic product roadmaps.Identify and define ongoing product features that align with business strategy.Oversee the team responsible for sizing and breaking down programs into a manageable size to accommodate release cadences.Draw upon customer insights to drive the software product vision and direction.Define software issues that technical teams can deliver complex or largest solutions on. Introduce the customer to the technical teams and answer questions about expectations.Use advanced technical and product expertise to prioritize deliverables. Manage the backlog of product requests.Facilitate complex discussions, user story development and refinement, and testing and validation. Provide directions for roadblock resolution and decision making.Provide regular communication and reporting to executive stakeholders.Manage changes to features and communication to ensure there is clear indication of what is required for each release.Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams. Engage in daily scrum sessions, demos, trainings, testings, and change management activities.Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence. Use innovative methods to think beyond existing solutions. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the D&T Senior Consultant position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for the D&T Senior Consultant position is $175,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
