Information Technology (IT) Business Relationship Manager
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and building and maintaining strong relationships with partners at all levels of the organization.
- Analyze, report, and respond to financial and operational metrics.
- Organize and oversee various workstreams with the IT Business Partner, tracking progress, and providing follow-up communications.
- Cook up and coordinate global IT resources to escalate issues.
- Draft e-mails, presentations, and other communications for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategy and objectives.
- Identify IT needs and solutions to support business strategy.
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of IT projects.
- Ensure IT projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Present and explain complex IT concepts and issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor the outcomes of IT services in meeting business needs.
- Affix the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make decisions, and create value in a fast-paced environment
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in IT, Finance, or BRM-related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Firm grasp of data analytics and working knowledge of statistics
- Ability to understand and explain corporate financial reports, IT budgeting experience a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Expected Salary (all locations): $91,400 - $148,600
- Expected Salary (Colorado only): $91,400 - $139,600
