Technician II, Commercial & Regulated Products-FLO, Monday -Thursday, 9:00pm - 7:30am

About the role

The Technician III at Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is responsible for formulating custom oligonucleotides according to customer orders. This role reports to the FLO Supervisor and is part of the Commercial and Regulated Products Value Stream located in Coralville, IA.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw materials into final products through tasks such as decontamination process, product transfer, and maintenance connection software.
• Operate lab instruments necessary for completing tasks while adhering to all work instructions and company policies and procedures.
• Adhere strictly to customer-specific and general work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support daily management by assessing situations to drive problem-solving with data and suggesting countermeasures.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Previous experience in Life Science work is a plus
• 12 months of lab experience
• Excellent computer skills including knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
