The Best Technicians On Our Team Are Problem solvers who don't stop until the root cause is foundSafety-focused professionalsReliable teammates who take ownershipMechanically inclined troubleshootersIndividuals who enjoy improving equipment rather than simply repairing it In this role, you will be oriented to our team, machines and process for the first 30 days on day shift, then work a regular shift - on what is called a Alternative Work Schedule (AWS), of alternating 4 day and 3-day workweeks of 12 hour days. Overtime is paid after 10 hours. As a Maintenance Technician III, you'll be responsible for keeping our operation running safely and efficiently by: Troubleshooting and repairing production machinery, utilities, and facility equipmentPerforming preventive and predictive maintenance activitiesDiagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issuesSupporting production during breakdowns and service callsCompleting work orders through our CMMS systemInstalling, modifying, and improving equipment for increased reliabilityAssisting with plant modernization and continuous improvement projectsMaintaining pumps, motors, compressors, chillers, and other industrial equipmentWorking independently while collaborating with operations and maintenance teamsSupporting our world-class safety culture through inspections and hazard identification Required Experience What We're Looking For 10+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience with hydraulics and pneumaticsBasic electrical and controls knowledgeExperience working in manufacturing environmentsAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasksHigh School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Technical school degree or equivalent experienceJourneyman-level experience in electrical, millwright, or related tradesPLC troubleshooting experienceExperience with printing presses, extrusion equipment, bag machines, or converting equipmentCMMS experienceMechanic certificationsSpanish bilingual skills Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
