Responsibilities

• Draft and edit detailed technical documents with minimal supervision.
• Conduct detailed interviews with technical staff to gather comprehensive product information.
• Review and adhere to advanced documentation templates and guidelines.
• Proofread documents for grammar, consistency, and clarity.
• Assist in the development of technical illustrations and diagrams.
• Conduct initial testing of documentation for usability and accuracy.
• Manage document versions and updates independently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets user needs.
• Utilize advanced documentation tools for content creation and management.
• Ensure all documentation maintains consistency with company editorial standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Intermediate ability to draft and edit comprehensive technical documents.
• Proficiency in conducting detailed information gathering from technical experts.
• Enhanced skills in reviewing documents for consistency and clarity.

Pay

$53,700.00 - $91,950.00 USD. This role is eligible for a bonus. The compensation range is based on the primary location of the position, with actual salary influenced by factors including skills, experience, and hiring location.
