Technical Writer
Primary Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, revise, and edit written material including technical and non-technical documents.
Work with the engineering team to ensure that CDRLs/deliverables meet SOW and Government requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 4-8 years experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Active and current Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
- Fluency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Pay attention to details.
- Skilled writer with the ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
- Experience conducting research to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
- Knowledgeable of developing DoD CDRLs following Government DIDs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Qualifications/Certifications
- Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter.
About the Role
The Technical Writer supports the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) Processing Node (PN) team to design and implement solutions that can be delivered at speed, scale, and with the necessary security to deliver operational advantages to the joint warfighter. This role works closely with Program Managers, domain engineers, and Government counterparts across Government and Industry partners.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range: $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
